By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.Continued use of the Services shall constitute your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, as may be updated or modified from time to time.

StrateFai provides a technology-driven platform designed to enable users to connect and interact with third-party exchange accounts through application programming interfaces (APIs), engage with blockchain-based wallets and smart contract systems, and utilize algorithmic, rule-based, or AI-driven trading strategies for the purpose of automated or semi-automated asset management.

The Services are provided strictly as a technical and infrastructural solution intended to facilitate user-directed activity.Strategies made available through the platform may initiate, execute, or manage trading positions automatically based on predefined rules, logic, and parameters, and such execution may occur without the need for real-time manual confirmation for each individual transaction.

The Company does not operate as a broker, dealer, intermediary, custodian, or financial advisor, and does not exercise discretionary authority over user accounts. All interactions with the Services are dependent on user configuration, authorization, and permissions.

By enabling, activating, or subscribing to any strategy or automation feature within the Services, you expressly authorize StrateFai to execute transactions programmatically on your behalf within the scope of predefined parameters, rules, and logic associated with such strategy.

You acknowledge and agree that such authorization constitutes a standing instruction, and that individual transaction-level confirmations, approvals, or manual inputs may not be required prior to execution. All actions carried out by the system are considered user-authorized actions, initiated pursuant to your prior consent and configuration.

You further acknowledge that execution outcomes may vary due to factors including, but not limited to, market volatility, liquidity conditions, latency, pricing discrepancies, or third-party system dependencies.

StrateFai operates as a non-custodial platform and does not take possession, custody, or control of user funds or digital assets at any time. All assets remain under the exclusive control of the user within third-party exchange accounts or blockchain-based wallets.

The Company does not have access to private keys, seed phrases, or withdrawal permissions, and cannot initiate transfers of assets outside the scope of explicitly granted permissions through API integrations or smart wallet configurations.

Where applicable, smart wallet infrastructure and session-based permissions may be utilized to facilitate interaction with blockchain systems while preserving user ownership and restricting access strictly to defined execution purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that the use of the Services involves substantial risk. Digital assets, including cryptocurrencies and tokenized instruments, are inherently volatile and speculative in nature, and their value may fluctuate significantly over short periods of time.

The use of algorithmic or automated strategies introduces additional risks, including but not limited to:

• Unintended execution behavior.
• Delays or failures in order placement.
• Adverse market conditions.
• System or infrastructure limitations.

StrateFai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, strategy, or output provided through the Services, and does not guarantee any financial returns or performance outcomes.

Nothing within the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and you are solely responsible for evaluating all risks and making independent decisions regarding your assets.

Certain features, functionalities, or strategies within the Services may be offered on a subscription or paid basis. By accessing or subscribing to such features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as disclosed at the time of purchase or activation.

Such fees are charged solely for access to platform functionality, infrastructure, and services, and do not constitute or imply any guarantee of financial performance, profitability, or specific outcomes.

All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, introduce new fee structures, or discontinue offerings at its sole discretion.

In connection with your use of the Services, StrateFai may collect and process certain information, including but not limited to account information such as email address, technical and usage data, wallet addresses, and activity data related to your interactions with the platform.

Where exchange integrations are utilized, the Company may access API-based data such as account balances, trading history, and execution data, strictly within the permissions granted by you.

Payment-related information is processed exclusively through third-party payment providers, and the Company does not store or have access to sensitive financial information such as credit or debit card details.

All data collection and processing activities are conducted in accordance with applicable privacy policies and legal requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StrateFai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Trading or financial losses.
• Loss of data.
• System errors or downtime.
• Execution failures.
• Third-party service disruptions.

You acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your own risk and that the Company shall not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of such use.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or dispute resolution mechanisms as determined by the Company.
